   Q: How are Brides Check reports generated?
A: Brides Check sends tens of thousands of rating questionnaires. These questionnaires are also available on our website. We take the information that is provided by these questions, and render a "Consumer Satisfaction Report". This provides future brides service quality information that up until this point, has not been available in this format.

Q: How often is the vendor profile updated?
A: The profile is updated daily as information becomes available. Reports are rendered every quarter of the year.

Q: What if there is not enough historical data on the merchant that I am considering?
A: Your purchase will be credited towards another merchant of your choice.

Q: How long does it take to get a report?
A: Reports are processed within 24 to 48 hrs. You will receive your report within 5 to 7 days.

Q: Is there a way that I can view a report without purchasing one?
A: Yes. You may view a quarterly rating report at no cost to you by visiting a wedding merchant who is a member of the Brides Check Association.
